Year in Review 2012 – WildHorse at Allen Ranch – Gilbert, AZ

When the start of new year is upon us I always hear, “Hey Jerry, How did homes in Wildhorse do in 2012?”

As the Realtor with the most WildHorse clients, I get asked this question all the time. The short answer is good news-

Four homes in WildHorse sold for an average of $104/Sq. Ft. This is an 18% increase over 2011, and the highest average $/Sq. Ft. since 2008!
One home sold for $124/Sq. Ft. This is higher than any other home since July of 2008.
Two homes sold in less than 14 days. The average days on market was only 58. This is 25% faster than 2011, and quicker than any year since 2008.
